Curbside Delivery
(by appointment only)
Curbside delivery means that the item that you ordered would be delivered to the curbside and it is NOT the responsibility of the truck driver to unload or assemble your shipment. Please be aware that freight deliveries are to the curbside only. You will be required to provide assistance (helpers) to the driver to unload your order from the truck. If you are unable to do so, it may be necessary for the driver to use a lift-gate at an extra charge.
The shipping company will call ahead of time to schedule a delivery appointment thus it is VERY IMPORTANT to provide us with a valid phone number at which you could be reached. Most carriers require the customer to be able to accept the delivery within 2-3 days. Redelivery fees will be charged if you miss your delivery appointment. You will be responsible for the return shipping costs or storage fees if you fail to schedule delivery. The customers living in locations not accessible for LTL trucks have to make special delivery arrangements with carrier, i.e. pick-up directly from the terminal.Freight LTL orders are delivered on pallets.
In cases, when the freight has to be picked up at the shipping company's local terminal or other location mutually agreed upon by the recipient and the shipping company, the customer has to check the order for any concealed damages before signing the papers. Once the freight leaves the dock, Dreamline or Warehouse USA will NOT be responsible for any damages. Additional charges will apply to special delivery areas with remote or limited access locations (not accessible for freight LTL trucks) or if the address change is made after the shipment left the warehouse. These charges are the responsibility of recipient.
Return Policy
Any item (non-special order) can be returned within 30 calendar days of receipt. Orders cannot be canceled once they have shipped or if they are already processing for shipment. Once the order processes and is accepted by the warehouse, you may still request cancellation, however please know that cancellation at that stage is not guaranteed. Items returned will be subject to a 25% restocking fee. If the original box or boxes are physically damaged, you will be charged a higher restocking fee.
Shipping charges are not refundable and customers are responsible for return shipping costs and charges. No products will be accepted for return more than 30 days after the date of delivery. Return claims WILL NOT be accepted if item has been installed or original packaging is missing. Color or texture variations are not considered defects and any return will be subject to standard restocking fee. There is no exchange policy for items that were ordered in error by customer.

Please call our customer service at 888-693-8066 or send us an email request to obtain the RMA form and shipping instructions. Items returned without an RMA form will not be credited. Special order items or items marked as discontinued cannot be returned once they have shipped. All products must be returned in original packaging and in resalable condition to the manufactures locations [ PA for Dreamline, CA for Xtremeair, NJ for Latoscana ].

Order Inspection
Please inspect your order upon delivery for any visible shipping damage or missing parts. Any claims of concealed shipping damages or missing parts MUST be made within 3 business days only. Please notify us via email with attached photos. Any damaged item will be promptly exchanged.
Warranty Disclaimer
Materials and products on this site are provided with manufacturer warranties which very in length and covered materials. Warehouse USA disclaims all warranties on product pages by affected products in the warranty section. LABOR CHARGES AND/OR DAMAGE INCURRED DURING INSTALLATION, REPAIR, OR REPLACEMENT, AS WELL AS ANY OTHER KIND OF ANCILLARY COST, LOSS OR DAMAGE ARE EXCLUDED. Due to differences in monitors, colours of products may appear different to those shown on the site.
Typographical Errors
In the event that a Warehouse USA product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, Warehouse USA reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. Warehouse USA reserves the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, Warehouse USA shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.
Notice
Warehouse USA may deliver notice to you by means of e-mail, a general notice on the site, or by other reliable method to the address you have provided to Warehouse USA.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Warehouse USA, its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors and suppliers (collectively the "Service Providers") from and against all losses, expenses, damages and costs, including reasonable attorneys' fees, resulting from any violation of these terms and conditions or any activity related to your account (including negligent or wrongful conduct) by you or any other person accessing the site using your Internet account.
